Made with ethically sourced cocoa beans grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry. Radek's chocolate is made in micro batches which are stone-ground for three days, blending their specially sourced cacao with coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma, lion's mane and vanilla before tempering and finally wrapping the bars.

Fun Fact:

In Japan, Hericium erinaceus or ‘yamabushiitake’ was named after the Yamabushi Buddhist Monks – wandering ascetics from the Shugendō tradition. Buddhist Shaolin monks turned to Lion’s Mane as a meditation aid, believing it improved their concentration and enhanced their life-force energy or “Qi”.
