Lovely, helpful staff and Jenni is so kind and so knowledgeable! I've been visiting the apothecary for over a year now for more natural products/supplements and the knowledge I gain each time I go in has truly been so valuable and practical, it has really helped me in so many ways. Jeni Howland who owns and practices in this shop has recently given me a session. I complained of perimenopause symptoms such as tight tendons, stiff and painful muscles and inflexible joints. for at least a year, I have not been able to use the stairs easily, and would limp if I get up from a chair. My knee does not allow me to go up hills or stairs. My leg wakes me with spasm most nights and I cannot lie down on one side. Since my session 2 days ago I have enjoyed going up the stairs like it was nothing. I feel I have the use of my leg back. Thanks Jeni!
