Ingredients: Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajeputi (Cajeput) Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Viridiflora (Niaouli) Leaf Oil, Ravensara Aromatica Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil.
Suggested Uses:
To Clear Airways and Promote Easy Breathing:
Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
OR
Add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.
OR
Add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing bath soak.
To Ease Heavy Chests:
Blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, and apply in circular motions to the chest and throat area.
For a Clearing Aroma:
Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
