Roman Chamomile has a sweet and fruity warm aroma. It is excellent for dry skin conditions. It is also very soothing and a great oil for headaches, irritability and muscular aches and pains.

Ingredients:  Roman Chamomile - Anthemis nobilis

Suggested Uses:

Essential Oil has a sweet and warm aroma. It is very soothing and therefore helps with headaches, irritability and muscular tension. Roman Chamomile is also excellent for dry red, skin conditions. It can be added to a calming bath, or used as a steam treatment for facial skin.

Try blending 4 drops of Chamomile and 4 drops of Lavender in 2 teaspoonfuls of Sunflower oil, add to a cool bath for dry, sensitive skin, to encourage relaxation or to ease general aches & pains.

Or incorporate a steam facial into your weekly skincare routine. After cleansing, add 2 drops of Chamomile and 1 drop of Geranium to a bowl of just-boiled water, drape a towel across your head and shoulders, lean over the bowl and allow the vapors to penetrate your skin. Pat your face dry and apply a moisturiser.

Did you know: In Tudor times, Chamomile was used as an aromatic stewing herb; it was trodden into household floors to scent the home.

Roman Chamomile grows up to 30cm in height. It has hairy stems with white flowers, which have a yellow disc.
