Every ingredient in Udo's Ultimate Oil blend is vegan and has been carefully selected to make it easier to consume these essential ‘good fats’ in a balanced way. By “good fats” we mean essential fatty acids (EFAs). EFAs play a key role in many functions including heart, brain, skin and vision health to help you look and feel amazing, inside and out.

Only two fatty acids are known to be essential for humans: ALA- alpha-linolenic acid (an omega-3 fatty acid) and LA - linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid).
Udo's Ultimate Oil can be incorporated into your daily diet with minimum effort, simply add or drizzle over foods or drink. Just remember not to heat the oil as that damages the delicate essential fatty acids.
Alternatively, you can consume it straight off the spoon!
The oil is refrigerated in a dark glass bottle to prevent damage & for optimal freshness and the oil the capsules are unrefrigerated for convenience.
- Essential fatty acids are needed for the normal growth and development of children. This effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
- Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 2 g ALA.
- Linoleic acid (LA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels at a daily intake of 10 g LA.
